All Sales Are Final – No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the sanitary nature of our product and for legal and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Once a bottle leaves our care, we cannot verify that it remains untampered or uncontaminated. For that reason and to protect the health of all of our customers we do not accept any returns under any circumstance. No exceptions. Please be confident in your purchase. Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Delivery: We currently ship within the United States. You will receive tracking info once your package is in transit.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Ahari Water is not responsible for delays, loss, or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Bulk Orders or Special Requests: Email us before placing a large order so we can ensure we meet your needs with care.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item arrives visibly damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date listed in your tracking information. We cannot replace bottles that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. If you believe your package was stolen or misplaced, please file a claim with the carrier and notify us—while we cannot guarantee a replacement, we’ll do our best to support you.
